Recipes 2

Rice dressing (dzu fahr)
Ground meat in pot with water to cover it. About an inch or ¼ of an inch over the meat. Cook it. Salt, pepper, garlic, onion, parsley, bell pepper, chopped onions, green onions.
Cook rice.
Mix it together.
Potato salad
Peel 5lbs. red potatoes.
Boil potatoes.
Mash with salt and pepper.
Boil 6-8 eggs.
Mayonnaise (1 cup)
4 tablespoons of Mustard.

Bake potato casserole
russet potatoes
Potatoes mashed with a bar of butter, salt, and pepper
Layer of sour cream
Mexican shredded cheese
Real bacon bits

Mexican cornbread casserole
1 bar of cream cheese with mix
1 cup shredded cheese
Salt and pepper
Mix all together and bake

Sauce piquante
1/8th inch of oil (cover all the bottom) add meat
Sausage slices – fry
Chicken breast – fry
Tasso – fry
Cut bell pepper and onions – fry with meat
Then add 1 can rotel mild
1 can cream of mushroom soup (optional) (sauce rouille) add tiny bit of water if you use this
Water
Cook for about 1 hr.
Serve
